Utilities Payments
If you would like to pay your utilities bill, please click on the button below to access your PayGov account. Your PayGov payment covers water, sewer, and garbage utilities. You will need information from your current utility bill in order to pay online.

Garbage & Recycling
Sunshine Disposal & Recycling provides both garbage and recycling services to the City of Medical Lake.
Garbage Day
Garbage day is EVERY Wednesday, except when affected by holidays. 2024 Thursday pickup dates caused by holidays are: January 4th, May 30th, September 5th & December 26th. Please place your garbage cans on the curb in front of your home the night before.
Recycling Day
Recycle day is every OTHER Wednesday except when affected by holidays.

Fire Debris Disposal
Victims of the Gray Road wildfire are encouraged to use their insurance claim process and a certified waste contractor to clean up their property.
Lawn Waste
The lawn waste trailer is located at 801 S. Lefevre St. Medical Lake, WA 99022 and is open as of April 2024. The lawn waste trailer will be removed on December 2nd, 2024 or with the first substantial snowfall of the year.

The Medical Lake Community Outreach program will assist any low-income or disabled family in the West Plains area who has an eviction notice, shut-off notice, or other potential financial need with appropriate documentation and within our resources.

Caritas Outreach Ministries
Established in 1992, Caritas Food Bank is an ecumenical nonprofit seeking to serve neighbors in need by providing food, hygiene supplies, fuel vouchers/bus passes, and utility assistance.
We covenant to serve clients without prejudice or discrimination and to preserve their dignity.
DSHS Community Service Office
Services are available at your local Community Services Office and by phone through the Customer Service. Agents are available 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Self-Service features are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
