Community Garden
Conveniently located in the central neighborhood of Medical Lake, the Pioneer Park Community Garden sits directly to the east of the park on N Hallett and E Barker Street. The space includes a greenhouse, tool shed, compost bin, and several raised and in-ground gardening beds. Spaces are available for rental on a calendar year basis.
Garden Plot Rentals
Beds are available for rental through our registration website. Please reference the Community Garden Map when selecting your gardening plot!
- Large Raised Bed – $30/year
- Large In-Ground Bed – $30/year
- Medium Raised Bed – $10/year
- Small Raised Bed – $5/year
- Greenhouse Space – Free with bed rental
Gardeners who rent a space in the community garden will have access to the shared resources within the space. Give your seeds a jumpstart in the greenhouse and take advantage of the community tool shed, which will be locked with a code for security. Dispose of your old plant materials in the composting bin to help cultivate nutrient-dense compost for next year’s gardeners!
